Q:
“Tess, what if I changed my mind and I no longer want my daughter or son to have locs. What happens to the dual deposit”?
A:
If you’ve paid the non-refundable, non transferrable deposit for the dual Sisterlocks installation you can use that entire deposit towards YOUR installation. HOWEVER the installation fee is now increased because it is no longer a “dual installation”. The Sisterlocks installation is now back to it’s original fee of $500.00 for 4 inches of hair and $50.00 per inch thereafter. For example, if you have 7 inches of hair, your installation fee is $500.00 plus $50.00 per inch = $150.00. Total installation is $650.00.
Q:
“What if my sister/friend backed out. How is the deposit handled”?
A:
First I will have both of you consenting adults sign my Installation disclosure form detailing the price, deposit and installation date. Should one of you decide to change your mind, please understand the following:
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- You will acknowledge that the deposit can be transferred to the client who will continue with the installation process. Any agreement made outside of the signed disclosure form
